The event explores the latest thinking on how leaders can manage safety, culture and risk in high-hazard environments. Using corporate case studies and academic models, the event will draw on the experience of experts from industry and academia who will lead most of the discussions. In addition, current case studies will be presented by Stuart Foster, BP International and Peter Neal, Premier Safety Associates, who will share their specific experience in driving improvements in leadership, culture, and safety performance. The evening will be hosted by Lloydmasters, whose team will also share some of their current thinking, experience and work with both clients and academics in this area.
