The continued expansion of the world's third largest market research company through acquisition brought the demand for an extremely flexible, project oriented, client-facing workforce.

lloydmasters worked with the management teams of the operations, production and client service divisions to develop a culture of innovation and project management. Our approach consisted of a series of action learning programs where real business issues were tackled by a series of cross-functional teams. Each team was supported by a series of short, practical 'skill injections' whist line managers in the role of topic sponsors provided strategic direction and influence.

The new cross-functional client service teams have subsequently been working much more closely together and have delivered two key measures: a significant increase in the client base and the creation of an automated production process.
